" I had a fabulous dinner at Truong Thanh Restaurant last night. The lemongrass chicken was absolutely delightful, cooked to perfection with a nice crunch on the outside while remaining juicy inside. The only downside was the eggs served with the dish lacked seasoning, but a little hot sauce fixed that right up. The deep-fried tofu was good, though not extraordinary. " Had a family dinner here last week, and I was pleasantly surprised! The owners were there managing operations, and they were so welcoming.
